ion didn't even remember falling asleep. The image of a starry sky turned into a sideways picture of a burned village. Shaking the sleepiness away she stood up. She rubbed her arm and frown as she felt the mud caking her skin. Ion looked at Cri and seconds later felt the familiar chill. Forming water bubbles she ran them over her skin, then dropped the murky water onto the ground. It was great but it would due. She needed to check the villagers, do some healing sessions, and make breakfast. The thought of food made her look down at where Wolf had slept. He wasn't there. Must being out getting breakfast. Sighing sIon moved towards the nearest villager and began working.

VLadimir slept soundly, The little girl fell asleep in Cain's lap wrapped in a blanket and she slept soundly but soon she woke up cause of the pain in the burns she had. Emiko was also asleep, she enjoyed the sound of the fire crackling and had fallen asleep to it. Vladimir slept, facing Lilith.

lilith had stayed awake that hole night. she watched as the people around her dreamed in peace. Lilith made sure to keep the fire going threw the night to keep everyone warm. Her mind was racing with the days events keeping her from shutting her eyes.

Vladimir woke up streatching and looking at lilith. The flames light seemed to make her glow which cause vladimir to bluch at the sight. He sat up, sleep was far now. He sat next to lilith, He looked at all the other people fast asleep.

wolf stepped out of the water and retrieved his clothes from the bank and slipped them on well his skin was still wet. he went to the food store on the way back to camp and he grabbed some dried peaches, fresh apples and a good amount of turkey bacon. wolf at the last minute grabbed a cast iron frying pan. Wolf then went back to the campfire and placed the stuff down and he began to cook the wild turkey bacon. wolf was wondering where ion was as he picked up a dried peach and threw it in his mouth.

There were so many injured people Ion felt like she was drowning in a sea of pain. Everywhere she looked men, women, and children were waiting for her to come around with the water. Finally she had finished the majority and had to take a break. She lead them back to the fire where Wolf was cooking breakfast. "Now you wait and get something to eat, and I'll come back and have a session with you when you're done," she told one lady who was clutching a almost healed wrist. The woman nodded and went to sit beside the fire. sighing, Ion walked over to Wolf. "Smells good." She smiled and poked at the bacon.

wolf looked up and smiled." ya its almost done, should be pretty good, try a peach well u r waiting." he said pointing to the crate of dried peaches. wolf shook the pan making sure the bacon would not stick well it was cooking. after the bacon was done he pulled out a big piece for ion ." here." he said handing it to her.

Chewing on a piece, Ion gave the basket of peaches to the person next to her. "Here, take some and pass it around." It would be easier that way. When she looked up she saw bacon. "Good idea, a small family can split this." She smiled and looked around. Seeing two kids sitting alone Ion approached slowly, trying not to scare them. They gratefully took the piece and had it devoured before she could even turn around. Ion returned to the fire shaking her head and chuckling. "How much food is left in the storeroom? 'Cause I was thinking we could make a small hunting party to go scavenge for some more. I saw some deer walking around in the forest on the outskirts of town, and then there is the grocery store..."

wolf shook his head." its almost fall, all the harvesting and hunting should already been done. we have enough food to last threw till winter. right now we just need shelters for winter." wolf thought for another moment." i am thinking about going after the people that attack the village last night...."

Cain put the little girl down and went to wolf, "Let me go to" Cain said to wolf he heard he was going after the attackers. He wanted to help Wolf noone should have to go through the pain as wolf is. THe must be stopped..

wolf shrugged. "i dont even know where they are. plus look at how u ended up last time." he said well putting another round of bacon on the pan. the strips sizzled as they hit the hot pan. wolf look around for people who had not gotten a chance to eat yet.

Cain nodded remembering how the sword almost killed him. The boy seemed distracted when fighting Cain. Akihiko yawned in the wood.

Ion shook her head and frowned. "No way. The last thing you need right now is to be getting lost trying to find those guys. I think the best idea would be to rebuild the village and only allow a few of us to go out at once. They probably won't attack again if there are all these Shades hanging around."

Wolf nodded to Ion slowly. "I guess..." He thought slowly actually quite happy that Ion planned to stick around. "So whats for today boss?" Wolf said jokingly smiling to her.

Cain looked at Ion. She had a good point. No point in getting lost to search for the group that attacked besides thet'd be miled from here by now. He chuckled hearing Wolf say what he said to Ion.

Ion rolled her eyes but laughed. "Well, I guess we just start on clearing out the ruined buildings and start the process of re-constructing. I've got to finish with some healing sessions but then I should be able to help." She looked over at the villagers. None were strong enough to help yet, so it was going to be slow going for a couple of days.

lilith was chewing on a bit of bacon. vlad was still asleep when she remembered the little bot she helped yesterday. Lilith got up and went over to the smaller camp fire and found him. She picked him up and carried him over to where everyone else was and the food.

Wolf shook his head. "Not enough time... this village is the work of 5 long years from me and many more by others... IT would take too long, its already almost fall." Wolf thought for a mintue and added, "IF I could use my shadelign for a bit... I could raise the ground up and make a sort of pit. So it would be insilated by tons of dirt and a single fire could heat the whole thing... " Wolf looked to Ion for her thought on it.

Vladimir streatched. he didn't eat he was sitting there with a stick drawing pictures in the dirt. He got up and went into the woods, he looked around seeing the birds and other animals dashing around. he took off his trinket looking at it for what seemed forever.

She bit her lip as she thought. "You would remember to take you pill, right? And you probably shouldn't stay like that fir too long... But otherwise I think it might just work. Its really the only chance we have," she said sighing. Part of her was worried about how well he could take it. He had a lot taken out of him yesterday.

VLadimir sat in the wood away from everyone. He took a breather. He was calming down, his mind was still shooken up about the news but better then yesterday. He sat letting the cool air hit him.

wolf nodded "ill get started on it right now. " he dug threw his back pack for his pill and took it. wolf had never lifted up this much rock before but he dared not say a word.

"Are you sure you can handle this? I mean, I'm sure there's always a Plan B, right?" She asked as Wolf swallowed the pill. What would the villagers do without their guardian? Surely she wouldn't be able to stay long, and she didn't know the others well enough to know what they would do. Not to mention the thought of watching him drain himself again didn't sit well.

Wolf smiled. "Yes of course there is a plan 'b' If i lose to 'it' you kill me." Wolf said it rather grimly as he walked towards the center of the village his shadeling following cheerfully. "Might as well get it over with..." He sighed and looked down at the small monster as it lept inside of him.
